1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EggStock (eggstock.xyz), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the website immediately.
2. Purpose & Telemetry Nature
EggStock is a fan-created informational telemetry aggregator for the Roblox game Steal An Egg. Drop intervals, countdown predictions, and in-game probabilities are estimates calculated from statistical models. While we strive for sub-second precision, in-game server restarts and developer updates may alter spawn schedules.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or attempt to overwhelm EggStock servers or backend infrastructure.
- Scrape or harvest data from our API endpoints using aggressive or unauthorized automation that disrupts service for other players.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access internal authentication tokens.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All original software, algorithms, UI designs, and written editorial guides on EggStock are the proprietary property of the EggStock project. Roblox, Steal An Egg, and associated character names, models, and biomes are registered trademarks of their respective copyright holders. EggStock claims no ownership over Roblox in-game intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
EggStock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall EggStock be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service or information provided herein.
