1. Overview & Data Philosophy

EggStock operates a real-time game telemetry dashboard and odds calculator. We do not require registration, personal user accounts, or financial transactions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

2. Google AdSense, DoubleClick DART Cookies & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to serve ads on our site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other sites on the internet.

• Google DART Cookie: Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to EggStock and/or other sites across the web.

3. Google Analytics

We employ Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to analyze aggregate site traffic patterns, drop radar latency, and popular guides. GA4 sets first-party cookies that measure user interactions strictly in an anonymized, aggregated manner.

4. European (GDPR), UK & Swiss User Consent

For visitors within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, EggStock complies with GDPR and UK GDPR regulations using a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). Users have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of data, or revoke cookie consent at any time.

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. EggStock does not sell personal information.

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

EggStock is an informational gaming dashboard. In compliance with COPPA, EggStock does not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us immediately at team@eggstock.xyz and we will delete the data promptly.
